Registration Advance registration
All delegates will be required to register online. The registration form includes all aspects of the congress such as the scientific program/sessions, social evening program and hotel bookings. The conference fees include conference material (conference program etc.), coffee breaks and participation in several social events. They do not include the Banquet. Events included in the registration fee need to be pre-booked.

Sunday August 8: 6.30 p m - 9 p m
Monday August 9: 8.30 a m - 4.30 p m
Tuesday August 10: 9 a m - 4.30 p m
Wednesday August 11: 9.30 a m – 4.30 p m
Thursday August 12: 9 a m – 1.30 p m
Friday August 13: 9 a m – 1 p m
On-site registration is accepted but participation in the social events at that time may be severely limited.

Cancellation
Cancellation of participation has to be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat, MCI. For cancellations received up until June 30, 2010, a cancellation fee of SEK 500 will be charged. Later received cancellations are non refundable.
Cancellation must be in writing and sent to the Congress Registration Secretariat. Preferably by e-mail to confirmation-sweden@mci-group.com. Your registration can also be transferred to a colleague within your own organization, please also communicate this in writing to the Congress Secretariat.
